Pro-Line at RCX 2012 Pro-Line Team Driver’s Adam Drake , Ryan Cavalieri and Cody King were in attendance this year at the 2012 RCX Expo in Long Beach, CA this past weekend. Adam won both days in the Short Course Dash for Cash Supercross races Saturday and Sunday. They raced on a carpeted surface track on wooden jumps with their 2012 RCX Expo tires. This past weekend we had every intention of heading out to the finals of the 2012 JConcepts Stock Nationals unfortunately we were unable to attend the event. The managing editor was asked to come in and work some breaking news over the weekend. JConcepts OC/RC Stock Nationals OCRC located in Huntington Beach California was the location for the Stock Nationals, presented by JConcepts. OCRC came up with the idea for a stock only race format. Every class was a 17.5, non timing, with the exception of a late addition of 4Wheel buggy, that included timing. With a stock friendly layout, meaning no huge jumps, but plenty of technical sections, it was going to be up to the drivers, and not luck, to determine a winner. Last weekend we headed to SpeedWorld Raceway in Roseville, CA for the Pacific North Asphalt Sprint Car Championships. There were 60 plus drivers from the Northern California area. JConcepts team driver Jörn Neumann kicked off Germany’s outdoor racing season with a win at the 7th annual Rhein-Main International Warm up. With 210 entries, it is one of the biggest 8th scale races in Germany. Jörn ran in the 1/8 Buggy and 1/8 eBuggy classes. Practice went really well with Jörn trying different tire compounds switching between Green and Blue. In the morning, Jörn used green Hybrids on his Nitro Buggy and green Double Dees V2 on his Electric Buggy. In the afternoon he switched to the blue compound due to the outside temperatures.
