The 4th Annual Charge ‘Em Up Race was held at Flowood RC Park May 6th in Flowood, Mississippi. This is an all 1/8 electric race. This years event reached 102 entries. Race Schedule: Friday: Practice all day Saturday: 3 rounds of qualifying followed by triple A-mains 1/8 electric Buggy After qualifying was complete, I was the overall TQ with by Kyosho MP9E! The 2013 Top Notch Series just finished up this past weekend. The series would hit 7 different tracks over the past couple months to test Southern California’s best drivers. The championship for each class would be decided by using each drivers 4 best finishes out of 7. Panther Tires take big win at the TLR Shootout!

Dirtburners held the TLR Shootout this past weekend, March 30, 2013. With well over 180+ entries the racing would be plentiful and battles were going to be epic! The competition was going to be tough with premier drivers such as Dakotah Phend and Allen Horne, and Panther Tires John LoGiudice in attendance. Johnny LoGiudice was able to dominate the Pro2 Mod SC class taking each and every round of qualifying. LoGiudice chose the Panther Rattler SC in clay compound front and rear with orange CSF inserts. This past weekend kicked off the 2013 Tekin Showdown race at TQ Speedway and Hobbies in Boise,ID. TQ hast hosted this event from it’s inception and provides a great facility for people from all over the Northwest to converge and enjoy some tight racing. Last night was an epic battle in 4 wheel drive at Top Gear Hobbies between Cameron Kellogg and Kevin Focht for bragging rights to 3rd place. After lulling Kellogg into a false sense of security by intentionally breaking in both quals, Focht had Kellogg where he wanted him on the starting grid, 2 spots in front of him.
