JConcepts dominates EBOR 24 hour Endurance Race!
The 2012 York ‘EBOR 24′ – 24 hour endurance race took place this weekend at the York Off Road Car Club’s indoor venue in the UK. The name ‘EBOR’ comes from the ye-olde roman name for York – Eboracum.
Seven teams took part with drivers coming from all over the UK. 6-12 drivers were in each team and they had to use one car for the full 24 hours and control tires.
After a few early problems with electrics the eventual winners by 310 laps for the second year running were team CML/AE – running the Team Associated B44.1 with a stealth looking JConcepts Finnisher Body. The car was all stock apart from using Velcro to hold the lipos in for super fast battery changes.
