Round #2 of the Northwest Championship Tour was held at the 27th annual Hank Perry 240 this past weekend in Spokane, WA. It was a great weekend for Team Associated with the team taking TQ and wins in multiple classes. Saturday consisted of 3 rounds of qualifying using the qual points format so each racers best 2 points rounds would be used to set the starting grid for Sunday’s main events. On Sunday a triple A-main format was used for 1/10th scale and electric 1/8th scale. JConcepts headed to Nebraska for the 4th annual JConcepts 1/8th Spring Nationals at the HobbyPlex in Omaha. The fabulous indoor track was once again filled with the Alex Sturgeon creation to challenge all drivers. The flowing fun layout was definitely busy to keep everyone on their toes, and going consistently fast with no mistakes would be a challenge. The format was Friday practice.
