Burak Kilic: Introduced Burak Kilic; well known in his native Germany and a potential star of the future if he keeps progressing as he has for some time. The 8-year old Burak has his dad Abdullah as mechanic and at the recent Astra race in Czech Republic, both Carsten Keller & Marcel Guske were helping him with advice on driving, lines and entertaining him! The kid finished 134th out of 240 racers at Neo12 and exhibits some very promising car control reactions, below is a video interview in German with English subtitles, introducing the youngster. Drake three for three @ JBRL Rnd. #3 Last Saturday, June 2nd was the 3rd round of the JBRL Nitro Series at Hemet Competition Raceway in Hemet, California. It’s been a while since the JBRL Series visited the track formally known as “The Dirt”. The layout was very technical and got bumpy late in the day. Phend wins Factory Tracks Midwest Series Rnd #1 The first round of the Factory Tracks Midwest Series was held last weekend at AMS Raceway in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Over 180 entrants competed in every electric off-road class imaginable, from 2wd buggy to 1/8th E Truggy. The AMS facility provided an excellent venue for the event, which is the only indoor race on the FTMS calendar.
